About the Company
A & J Manufacturing Company, ("A & J"), is a family-owned California Corporation and has been in operation for over 50 yearsThe Company designs, and manufactures both COTS, (Commercial-Off-the-Shelf), and Custom Ruggedized Equipment Racks and Enclosures, as well as a variety of associated Installation Kits.
A & J's Customer Base is mainly composed of Prime Defense Contractors, i.e.; Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, SAIC, etc., and various Defense Agencies. The Company's Products are used almost exclusively for Military Applications, for both the U.S. and Allied Forces, (Primarily Shipboard).
The Company occupies a 36,000 Sq. Ft. facility in Tustin, California, which houses Fabrication and Assembly Operations as well as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Contracts, Purchasing and other Administrative Functions.
The In-house Engineering staff works closely with customers to provide Design Solutions which meet required Specifications.
Due to an extremely low turnover, A & J's employees are very experienced. This, along with sophisticated CNC machinery and state of the art Engineering Computer Systems, results in Company Products which are designed and Manufactured in a High Quality and Efficient manner.
